Our October Employee Spotlight is Rebecca Wynarczyk! She is our Business Processing Manager on our Client Service team and has been with Insight for nine years. We are excited to feature her in this month’s newsletter.
Fueled by her strengths at previous client service roles and her pleasure in knowing that she could help people reach their financial goals in a structured way, Rebecca pursued her career in finance. Helping people save for a more enjoyable retirement and creating a reliable nest egg for their future is one of her favorite aspects of her job. She strives to provide the exceptional customer service that she would want to receive herself.
Outside of the office, Rebecca’s energy and time is spent hiking with her Chihuahua, Luna, practicing Yoga or Pilates, gardening in her community plot, watching home improvement shows, or organizing yet another random spot in her home. Some might say her secret talent is organizing, on top playing the violin.
Rebecca most recently has been passionate about reading up on functional/alternative medicine. Her latest interest is clean beauty and wellness living. She states, “Being the Beekman 1802 aficionado that I’ve become, I’m always looking for new products to introduce to my daily routine and remove chemicals and toxins from my environment. I often persuade family and friends to try the products too.”
Her love for her family doesn’t end at trying to get them to live a more toxic-free lifestyle. Family time is one of Rebecca’s most cherished travel memories. Spending time with her family means a lot to her. Her favorite travel memory to date was a girls’ only trip to Ireland where they went shopping and photographed Ireland’s scenic views. Unfortunately, no pots of gold were found, even after all the rainbows they witnessed.
Rebecca’s big heart is shared beyond her family as well. She often donates to the SPCA and the Animal Humane Society to help support animals in need. She also purchases products that donate a portion of the proceeds to organizations such as Breast Cancer Research, or Make-A- Wish Foundation, and various other causes. She says, “I am always willing to support where I can including shopping at local farmers’ markets and small businesses, as well as donating to Goodwill and the Salvation Army.
We’d like to thank for Rebecca for all her hard work these past nine years. The team wouldn’t be the same without her. We all appreciate everything you do, Rebecca!
