Program Description

Insight Wealth Strategies, LLC (“IWS,” “we,” “us”) offers a text messaging program that sends appointment confirmations and reminders to clients and prospective clients who schedule meetings with our advisors. Messages relate only to appointments you have booked, such as confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.

Consent

By checking the SMS consent box when booking an appointment, you agree to receive text messages from Insight Wealth Strategies, LLC at the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking an appointment or of receiving any service from us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the appointments you schedule. Typically, you may receive a confirmation when you book and one or more reminders before each appointment.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment; you may still receive appointment communications by email or phone.

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us so we can update our records.
