August Planner Spotlight: Tim Raftis

Our August Planner Spotlight goes to Tim Raftis, one of our  Financial Advisors. Tim has over 30 years in the financial services industry and genuinely enjoys the relationships he is able to build with his clients and helping them achieve their goals. After growing up in a town not far from Manhattan and Wall Street and then graduating with a degree in Economics, Tim seemed to have a natural gravitation towards working in the finance industry.

When Tim isn’t at the office you can most often find him golfing, hiking, swimming laps or even at the Glide Memorial Church in San Francisco, serving the homeless. You may also see him checking off one of his bucket list items, by traveling the U.S in an RV sometime soon!

One of Tim’s fondest travel memories is of traveling with his wife Jennifer to visit their daughters in Florence, Italy and Bilbao, Spain during their college semesters abroad.

Tim’s advice for his younger self? “Take advantage of every opportunity to learn and identify what it is that you are passionate about. Follow your dreams and don’t be afraid to fail.”
