Kim graduated with a Finance and Administration degree from Western University in Canada and spent over 5 years working at the head office of a Canadian life insurance company. She then moved to Finland for 5 years, where she traveled around Europe, obtained her MBA, and worked as a Head of People for a growing tech startup. Now in California, Kim joined Insight Wealth Strategies leading the HR and Operations functions. She enjoys hiking, traveling, baking, and carbs.
