May Planner Spotlight: Michael Agorastos

This month’s Planner Spotlight goes to Michael Agorastos, who has worked at Insight for 8 years. Michael went to college to pursue a finance degree during the heart of the Great Recession. During his time there, he quickly realized that most people did not have proper planning in place to provide a roadmap to meet their goals and objectives, his own family included.  He says he would want to let his younger self know to start saving early and know the difference between “want” and “need”.  Michael says what he enjoys most about financial planning is being able to share in the positive moments in his client’s lives, whether personal or professional.

Michael loves sports and can name almost every starting SF Giant and 49er since 2000. His bucket list includes attending a game at every MLB baseball park. He also loves traveling with his wife and says that going to Costa Rica with her is his favorite travel memory.
